RETURN POLICY
We accept returns for specific products. Please follow the details of each product purchased If you are not happy with our product, you may return within 30 days from the delivery date to the address provided. All items must be in their original condition with original packaging and tags attached.
Keep the return tracking number for your return package to monitor delivery status
Please note: all returns must be in their original condition; unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, clean, and free of lint and hair; merchandise must be in its original packaging with all tags attached.

If an item is returned in unacceptable condition, we will send it back to you and no refund will be issued.
CANCELLATION
We start processing orders as soon as they're placed. We are unable to change or cancel orders once confirmed. This includes changes to products, payment method, shipping address, and shipping method.
By entering into this Agreement with Creative Artist (under Pamsam Enterprises LLC): you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.
From here on ‘you/your’ refers to the customer and ‘us/we/our’ refers to Creative Artist

All goods ordered for purchase are paid in full before shipment If we are unable to process your order for any reason you will be fully refunded.

We will try our best to deliver the products to our customer as per our dates set, although any dates quoted for delivery are approximate only and the time of delivery is not of the principle. We shall not be accountable for any delay in delivery of the goods that is caused by an event beyond our control.

We cannot be held liable for any change in your measurements or sizing.Due to camera and angles of the picture, actual colors of the products may differ slightly from the image seen on website.

You must try inspect all goods with zoom-in and out icon before purchasing. We will not be held responsible for any color variation and the design of the product once purchased.

We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer.
